Rental Policies

A deposit of 50% of your package price is due upon booking. Once the deposit is received, your dates are locked in and we will turn down all future inquires for those dates.

The full amount of the reservation is due on or before the date of the booking.  We prefer to use eTransfer for deposits and payments to avoid credit card fees.

The amount of the refund is determined by the amount of time the reservation is cancelled before the date of your reservation :

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before trip is taken: full refund of deposit

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before trip is taken: half refund of deposit

  • Cancellation less than 14 days before trip is taken: no refund of deposit

  • Cancellation due to bad weather or water conditions: transfer to alternate date with 72 hours notice

* at our discretion, if we are able to fill your date(s), we will refund your full deposit

Deposit Return

If the shack is in good condition then the 100% of  the deposit is returned within 24 hours of the end of your reservation.  If there is work required to repair or replace equipment then you will be notified and the value will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder will be returned once the repair/replacement is completed.




  1. You make a reservation for 2 days for $700

  2. You send us a deposit of 50% ($350) right away

  3. You make the full payment of $700 on or before the reservation date

  4. You check-in and enjoy your fishing.

  5. When you check-out, we clean the shack, determine that everything in good working order and return your deposit.
